Mon, Feb 23, 2009
The Straits Times

The frontman of Michelangelo's Restaurant Group, chef Angelo Sanelli, has split up with his business partner and struck out on his own.

The group's culinary school and one of its four restaurants shut down recently.

Bentfork Cooking School lowered its shutters for the last time in November last year, while Sistina Ristorante followed suit the following month. The unit at Chip Bee Gardens that the pizzeria used to occupy is now vacant.
