Boy accuses man of sexual abuse

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy told the High Court yesterday that a man, under the pretext of performing a religious ritual, sexually abused him for two months in late 2006.

The boy, now in Secondary 4, was testifying on the first day of the trial of Rahim Basron, 43, whom he called 'abang', Malay for big brother.

Rahim is charged with two counts of sodomy and one count each of gross indecency and aggravated molestation.
