Dumped by husband after attack by his lover

Madam Chan Hoong Choo's life was destroyed when her husband's mistress poured hot cooking oil on her in an attack in April this year.

But another blow came two months later when she discovered that her husband, Mr Soo Kiong Sing, 46, had patched things up with his mistress, Goh Gek Hwee, 36.

The spa worker, who is divorced and has a 12-year-old daughter, was out on bail then.
