Are pasar malam held too often?

Some shopowners in Clementi Central estate - where one night market is being held - think so. They said business drops by at least 20 per cent whenever such night markets are held.

Ms Lee LiChing, 37, who runs a fashion boutique, said night markets have been held four times in Clementi Central in the last 12 months.
