All firms on Catalist found sponsors in time

ALL firms listed on the Catalist board met yesterday's deadline to find sponsors and so avoided trading suspensions, said the Singapore Exchange (SGX) yesterday.

There were concerns last month that not all the 130 Catalist companies would be able to meet the requirement in time.

At the start of the year, 11 firms had yet to find sponsors or announce alternative plans that would relieve them of the need to meet the rule.
