Many stores lack refund policy: Case

THE next time you buy something from a store, it would be worth your while to check first if it has an exchange or refund policy.

A survey carried out recently suggests that most stores here do not.

The Consumers Association of Singapore (Case), which carried out the survey, asked 1,000 retailers recently if they have such a policy, and 850 did not respond.
