Prizes worth more than $4,000 will be given away to contestants for July

Think you're photogenic with an interesting character to match? Then AsiaOne wants you for our Face of the Month contest.

We feature two people each week - one guy and one gal. AsiaOne roving photographers will either snap these pictures or you can send in entries as well.

At the end of each month, AsiaOne readers will be invited to vote for who they think should be the "Face of the Month. "

By year's end, there will be 24 faces (12 guys and 12 gals). From these, readers will vote for the guy and gal they think should be AsiaOne 's Face of the Year.

The competition has gradually picked up momentum since it began last January, with more than 16,000 votes cast so far. Click here to see last month's winners.

And for the month of July, our featured Faces are going to be indulged and pampered. Beauty chain TOUCHE is sponsoring over $4,000 worth of facial and massage treatment prizes for our July Faces!

For July, the Week One faces are Ms Shan Soong, 29, who has decided to take a break from the rat race to be trained in mission work, and Mr Allen Yu, 29, a web designer.

When voting for your favourite faces at the end of the month, do remember you can only vote once from each IP address. Multiple votes from the same IP address will still be counted as one vote.
