Baby among 15 held during a drug raid

KOTA KINABALU - A year-old baby was among 15 people detained du­ring a drug bust in Sabah's lower Kinabatangan area.

The baby, together with seven men, four women, and three other children were detained during a drug bust at a house at Kampung Indonggo, Tongod, at about 2.30am yesterday.

Kinabatangan police chief Supt A. Sahak Rahmat said they also seized several packets of different sizes containing what was believed to be syabu weighing 55.68g in the operation.

Apart from that, RM4,629 (S$1,835), 13 handphones and two necklaces worth RM20,000 were also seized, he said.

Supt Sahak said a urine test was conducted on all seven men and one of them, a 34-year-old, was tested positive for drug.
