Madam Lolanopita Sadi, who pleaded not guilty to a charge of neglecting her 15-year-old disabled and mentally challenged son found living in squalor in a flat in Nilai, Malaysia.

Lolanopita Sadi, the mother of the 15-year-old handicapped teenager who was found in an emaciated state recently, said she missed her son and very much wanted to see him.

However, she feared that she would be criticised by society if she came anywhere near her son who is currently warded at the Tunku Jaafar Hospital in Seremban, reported Sinar Harian.

Lolanopita expressed her wish to visit her second son Muhammad Firdaus Dullah to Norfitri Radius, the boy's former babysitter, on Thursday. According to Norfitri, Lolanopita had called her using a public telephone to ask her about her son.

"She very much wanted to see her son, but she feared the public. She said she would try to visit Muhammad Firdaus once he has been placed in a home," she said.

The tabloid also reported about a worker of a petrol station in Kuala Langat who found a foetus in the drain of the women's toilet on Thursday.
