Young boys burgle house

The Star/ANN | Monday, Jul 14, 2014

Two young boys, aged 10 and 11, were caught by a neighbourhood patrol squad breaking into a house in Taman Souranaya in Kuching, Kosmo! Ahad reported.

The patrolling group suspected something amiss when they saw the boys behaving in a suspicious manner in the house, which was unoccupied although fitted with household furnishings.

It is believed that the young burglars had entered the house by prising open a back window that was not grilled.

District police chief Asst Comm Roslan Bek Ahmad said nothing was taken from the house, adding that the boys had been referred to the welfare department for counselling.
