Dancing immigration personnel at Manila airport

Stomp | Friday, Jun 27, 2014

Members of the public who were at the Manila International Airport on June 12 were greeted with a surprise - a group of dancing personnel from the Bureau of Immigration (BI).

The flashmob reportedly took place at NAIA Terminal 2 to celebrate Philippine Independence Day.

A description on the YouTube upload by BI Philippines states that this is part of "BI's vision to deliver innovative immigration service".

It further read: "The programme called "BI-CARES" aims to ensure the deployment of a friendlier, more customer-oriented troop of immigration officers who will create a more enviable environment for travelers, local and foreign alike using our international ports."
