Lime Restaurant at Parkroyal on Pickering is serving Peranakan cuisine cooked by chef Nancy Teo, who has more than 30 years' experience.

Expect classic dishes such as ayam buah keluak, babi pongteh and udang masak nanas from her, cooked with herbs grown by the hotel.

Prices start from $45 per person for lunch and from $58 for dinner.
