FAMILY SAYS...
"
My parents are still a little bit shaken. I think there's still a sense of disbelief, given the short time span. For someone who was 28, she had achieved a lot more than anyone could ever imagine," said younger sister Lo Hwei Shan, 25.

NEIGHBOUR SAYS...
"We don't have any words to express what we feel. We are extremely sorry about everything, and we would like to be with them any time and whenever they need us," said Mrs Ila Maheshwari, 63.

WELL-WISHER SAYS...
"I do not know Ms Lo but I felt really sorry and sad that such a tragedy happened to a fellow Singaporean. My deepest condolences to Ms Lo's husband, family and friends," said Mr Ian Tan on a Facebook memorial to Ms Lo.
