The revised Registers of Electors for the 23 Constituencies (14 Group Representation Constituencies and 9 Single Member Constituencies) are currently open for public inspection at the Elections Department and 105 Community Centres/Clubs in Singapore, as well as the 9 designated Singapore diplomatic missions listed in Annex A (which are designated as both Overseas Registration Centres and Overseas Polling Stations). Members of the public may also check their names in the Registers of Electors via the eServices at the Elections Department's website (http://www.elections.gov.sg).
Singapore citizens who have yet to check the Registers of Electors are advised to do so before 16 March 2009, which is the last day for making claims and objections to rectify any errors found in the Registers.
Overseas Singaporeans who wish to apply for registration to vote at any one of the 9 designated Singapore diplomatic missions may also apply to be registered as overseas electors via the eServices at the Elections Department's website (http://www.elections.gov.sg). Alternatively, they may download the form for 'Application to be Overseas Elector' from the website and submit the completed and signed form, either by hand or registered post, to the Elections Department or any of the 9 designated missions.
