MEXICO CITY - Mexican Interior Minister Juan Camilo Mourino was killed on Tuesday when a small plane he was in crashed into evening rush hour Mexico City traffic.

Mexico City Mayor Marcelo Ebrard told reporters at the scene of the crash, which set cars on fire and killed eight

"It's a fact. There is no other possibility," Ebrard said.
