IT LOOKS like Mrs Michelle Obama won't be setting aside her fake pearls in favour of a US$30,000 (S$45,800) thank-you ring from her husband.
London tabloids had reported that President-elect Barack Obama was buying a pricey rhodium ring from Italian designer Giovanni Bosco for his wife. But there?s no truth to the reports, said a spokesman for Mr Obama.
