ON HER last trip to Britain before the United States comes under new management next month, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice gave a piano recital for Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace on Monday.
She performed music by Brahms, accompanied by British Foreign Secretary David Miliband's wife, Louise, on violin - and three members of the London Symphony Orchestra.
