JOHOR BARU: A Year Three pupil has complained against his tuition teacher for molesting and performing oral sex on him for nearly a year.

The boy, who was too young to realise he was being sexually violated, only told his classmates at the tuition centre about the acts recently.

His parents found out about it when a classmate telephoned them.

The classmate told my husband that our son was asked to take off his clothes by the tuition teacher.

He realised the seriousness of the case and informed me,?? said the victim?s 32-year-old mother, who only wanted to be known as Fong.

She lodged a police report on Sunday.

Fong said her son started tuition at the centre in Year One.

The tuition teacher, in his 30s, would send the boy and the classmate home after tuition whenever Fong was not free to pick her son up.

According to my son, the teacher brought him back to the tuition centre after dropping off the classmate since January.

Then he would order my son to undress and molest him,?? said Fong.

At a press conference arranged by Johor MCA public services and complaints bureau assistant chief Rodney Soon, the boy said he was scared to tell his parents of the incidents.

He said the teacher had threatened to cane him if he told anyone.

Fong warned other parents to be careful to prevent their children from becoming victims of sex fiends.

Johor acting CID chief Asst Comm Che Yusoff Che Ngah said police detained the tuition teacher on Tuesday.
