WE REFER to the feedback -  "'Newspaper bully' at library" (Oct 28).

We thank the reader for his observations on inappropriate behaviours at the library.

The National Library Board does not condone bullying or intimidating behaviours in the library.

Library users can approach our staff at the Customer Service Counter (CSC) for assistance if they feel that other library users are bullying or misbehaving in other ways.

Similarly if anyone feels that someone is hogging the papers, they should inform the CSC in the fi rst instance.

We would like to seek the cooperation of all library users to make the library a pleasant and peaceful place for all to read and learn.
