TAICHUNG, TAIWAN - A schoolmaster busted while browsing pornographic sites on a computer during work hours said he was set up. Somebody had complained to media three days ago that the schoolmaster of Taichung's Feng-yuan High School, Tseng Ying-san, was watching pornographic photographs on his computer.

The person offered three pictures as evidence showing Tseng sitting in front of a computer screen, on which were clearly seen pornographic photos.

In response to this charge, Tseng expressed his innocence as being entrapped. Tseng said that he checked his e-mail box every morning, and one day in September, he opened an e-mail from an unknown person in which five pictures were attached.

Although he opened the files without suspicion, Tseng immediately deleted those photos on finding them were pictures of naked women. However, 'someone' had already captured this moment of Tseng peeping through pornography using a high resolution camera from a building 30 kilometers away behind the headmaster's office, Tseng said.

He believed that 'somebody,' unsure whether a teacher or student, was probably instructed by some teacher; he did not rule out the possibility of suing the person responsible as of yesterday.
