SINGAPORE - Shares started little changed on Wednesday with the key Straits Times Index off 2.58 points at 1,650.67.
In the broader market, losers beat gainers 53 to 39 in a volume of 17.6 million shares.
Top decliners included Creative Technologies, Keppel Corp, Sembawang Corp and F&N.
