SINGAPORE - Singapore shares were higher at midday on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) at 3,162.16, up 0.74 per cent, or 23.15 points.
About 658.2 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 262 to 148.
