'A Doctor's Perversity'

Senator Bong Revilla is taking up the cudgels for Katrina Halili.

In his privilege speech last May 19, "A Doctor's Perversity," he slammed Doctor Hayden Kho for his sex videos which was obviously taken without the consent of the women.

Bong reiterated that according to the Medical Act of 1959, if a doctor displays immoral or dishonorable conduct, then he may be reprimanded or even kicked out of the profession.

He has written to the PRC to revoke Doctor Kho's license and is proposing Senate Bill No. 12 to punish voyeurs and those who create unauthorized sex videos.
