Home-owner keeps getting bothered by housing agents soliciting business. -myp

I HAVE received phone calls from housing agents late in the evening, asking whether I would like to sell or rent out my home.
While I support the efforts of enterprising businessmen, these neardaily calls are annoying. When will such calls be made illegal?
