China stocks are back in favour

THE smart money is slowly but surely trickling back into the region, especially China, after the mass exodus in last month's massive stock market selldown.

Large piles of cash are finding their way into China as investors bet on the bargain-price stocks they believe will emerge from the credit crisis as winners.

This buying trend was fuelled by Beijing's recent massive stimulus package.
