H1N1 vaccine: Haj pilgrims get priority

WITH just two days to go before their first pilgrimage to Mecca, Mr Yusuf Yaqub Ali and his wife received their H1N1 flu jabs yesterday.

They have already taken their shots for meningitis and the seasonal flu, but had been worried they could not get the one for Influenza A (H1N1) on time.

Mr Yusuf, a 61-year-old businessman, said: 'Now we don't have to worry about the Saudi authorities not letting us in.'
