A NUMBER of roads and lanes around the Suntec City and Istana areas will be closed for short periods next week for Apec meetings.

Most closures will be limited to a few hours next Saturday and Sunday but parts of Temasek Boulevard will be closed from next Tuesday to the following Monday.

The roads to close are Republic Boulevard, Raffles Avenue, Temasek Avenue, Esplanade Drive, Raffles Link, Buyong Road, Cavenagh Road and the Central Expressway exit into Orchard Road.
