Trust Rihanna to actually walk the talk when it comes to championing diversity. She has put inclusion on the frontline not only for her makeup line Fenty Beauty - which features 40 diverse foundation shades - but also for her lingerie brand, Savage X Fenty.

You might have seen her marketing the latter as a brand that caters to "all shapes and sizes". During New York Fashion Week, she took it a step further by ensuring that is truly represented on the runway by featuring not only your usual models like Gigi and Bella Hadid, but also plus size women, Asian models and expectant mothers and more.

Yes, you read it right. Rihanna booked pregnant women for her show. And we're totally not complaining.

She enlisted the help of her friend and muse Slick Woods, who was seen sporting lace tights, nipple pasties and harness-like undies with her baby belly. Slick reportedly went into labour backstage after the show.

Also rocking the runway was a dancer who broke into some impressive moves in a mesh teddy - while visibly pregnant.

Of course, Rihanna wasn't the first person to put the spotlight on pregnant women. Fashion brands Eckhaus Latta and Opening Ceremony, and beauty brand Glossier have used pregnant models on the runway and in their campaign images. But that doesn't discount her efforts.

Through the fashion show, Rihanna proved that every woman has the right to be and feel sexy regardless of their body type. And Savage X Fenty provides the means for women to feel that way through their range of lingerie that caters not just to women with modelesque frames.

Thank you, Rihanna, for making all women feel confident.
